Chef Bobby and Dot Breaux began this amazing catering company over 26 years ago. They brought tasty, cajun cuisine and sweet, delicious desserts to the tables of thousands and thousands of events throughout Louisiana . Chef Blaine Dugas and his fellow partners, Tia Dugas, Brandon Sagrera, and Angie Sagrera are excited to continue carrying on these wonderful traditions by bringing you the same delicious recipes, as well as some fresh new dishes.
